Beautiful apartment located only 50 meters to the marvelous Cathedral of Santa Croce in Florence. The house was recently full renovated and is furnished in a modern and functional way. The property can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to a double bed and 4 single beds. The apartment is composed by two bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with bath tube and one with shower), a well equipped kitchen, a living room and a mezzanine. To complete the property, there is a terrace equipped for cooking and eating outdoor.

Good area young crowd

It was in a nice central area of Florence. It was an easy distance to the duomo and other landmarks. The crowd at nighttime was definitely much too young on the weekend. About 15-23 year olds. So if you want a nicer more laid back crowd I would choose a different area

Overall great stay and nice location. Few things missing in apartment would have been helpful ( paper towel, sponge and laundry detergent) . Beds were very comfy. No AC in living room but there was a fan but was still a bit hot since there was a bad heat wave that week. Very smooth check in process and responsive host . Would come back again !

Central location

This place overall fit our needs for our party of 6. It was a little small but we managed. We did find a dead cockroach upon arriving and a live one in our bathroom so that kind of threw a damper on things. The location was centrally located and we were able to get to everything easily by walking.

The location was convenient. The floors were filthy. There was a nespresso machine and that was nice but it would’ve been nicer if there were some pods because we didn’t know where to go to buy them. The hot water heater stopped working but the host was quick to answer and told us how to work on it to get it working again. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Quiet remodeled place close to all attractions.

Our family of five stayed and we had plenty of room. The entire apartment has been beautifully remodeled. We sat outside and sipped wine under party lights. It was very romantic. Washing machine for laundry and excellent drying racks were great. Close to grocery store too. We ended up making supper one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We can't say anything negative.

nothing like the pictures

we booked for one night and ended up leaving after a couple of hours. Looks nothing like the pictures and the area is sketchy. tried to get refunded since it was not clean and smelled and host wasn’t apologetic or helpful.
