Scarlatti - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Flat in the centre of Florence, a few steps from Piazza Signoria,is located along the Arno River allowing a wonderful view.It is located on the second floor without lift. All the city's main attractions are within walking distance. The vicinity is full of services, restaurants, typical shops and museums. The flat consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with living room. 
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. . Amazing location in Florence

We were unsure about booking due to no reviews, but it was such a great spot. Excellent communication from Ariel, location is incredible, right on the river, walking distance to all you need. Apartments is student accommodation outside of the summer season but two of the rooms had the beds made up as doubles and one was twin. Great to have two bathrooms, kitchen very functional. Not fancy but absolutely perfect for the very reasonable price. Restaurant downstairs is very classy with excellent food and staff. Perfect for our family of five.
