  • Studio Attic is a bright studio apartment designed for young people, artists, and dreamers. Located on the top floor (third) of a charming 15th-century building in the historic heart of Florence, this unique space was renovated in 2025 to offer you every comfort, including air conditioning, heating and free-internet and smart TV.

    The atmosphere is incredibly bright and original. The apartment features a kitchenette with an electric hob, microwave, kettle, and sink, while an easy-to-climb staircase (suitable for agile persons) leads to the mezzanine where you will find a cozy double bed.

    The location is ideal for experiencing the city: the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Lungarno riverbank, the Uffizi Gallery, the Accademia Gallery, Santa Maria Novella train station, and the luxurious Via Tornabuoni are all just a few minutes' walk away.

    A note on tranquility: The studio overlooks a lively street. Although it has double-glazed windows, it is possible that at night you may hear the sounds of city life
