    Suite del Duomo is located on the 3th floor with lift in a gorgeous building in Via de’ Pecori 1, front the Duomo, over the main street where you can find all the luxury stores in Florence. It is a quiet and bright flat, and the location and the age of the building give you a charming atmosphere with very high standards.
    The apartment (40sqm) has one bedroom and one bathroom and it can accomodate 4 people. As you enter, you will find: the living room with a pull out sofa (160 cm), the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom.
    Suite del Duomo is provided with free internet Wi-Fi, Lcd TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, table sets, air conditioning, private heating, hairdryer, ironing facilities. The apartment has been redecorated and renewed in 2010, but the location and the age of the building give it a charming atmosphere in a very high standard comforts
    The apartment overlooks over a courtyard but for the guests there is a wonderful terrace on 6th floor. The panoramic terrace front the Duomo offers one of the most beautiful views in the world.

Fantastic location and host Luca is so organized! Super comfy bed and the building is so adorable. Nice amenities including a rooftop balconi and taxi stad right outside if needed. Also walking distance from the train station

Check in was so easy. The roof terrace is amazing. The apartment space is small but perfect for 2. Room is slightly older looking than the pictures but I actually liked it more in person! Luca was a great host and response quickly! Even late at night!

Everything was wonderful. It was within walking distance to all the major sites. Check-in was easy and the pictures described the apartment. You will need to reserve parking if you are driving and the in doing this was appreciated.

Great location near everything

The location of the apartment is perfect. Just steps from the Duomo and short walks to Acacemia Gallery (David), Ponte Vechio, Uffuzi Gallery and much more. The aprtment is comfortable and Luca did a great job communicating and orienting us to the place. Real bonus was watching sunsets from the roof top terrace

Not only was the place beautiful. The location was amazing, the views, the aesthetics, the hosts!! So welcoming and helpful, everything was just perfect. The owner met us when we arrived to give us a tour of the place which was such a personal touch, we’ll always remember it.

Super cute apartment spitting distance from the Duomo and all Florence sites. The space is small but well equipped for 2 people. Contemporary decor and very helpful host! The buildings rooftop views are outstanding and we enjoyed having our morning coffee there. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed for our short return stay to Florence.

Awesome appartment

Great location - in the heart of Florence. Check in and out was super easy and effective. Unit was in great shape and owner gave useful restaurant recommendations. The only thing that would have nice would have been to have a table and chairs on the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment close to the Duomo

Everything was great. Our host responded to our needs quickly. The only thing that wasn’t true to the pictures was the rooftop patio. No tables or chairs etc. Overall, a very nice place and wonderful location!!

Fabulous apartment

This apartment is beautiful. It's tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable and has luxurious bedding. The location could not be more perfect and there is a simply stunning view from the roof terrace. The owner Luca was amazing. He gave us an incredible amount of information and suggestions. I had a query and he responded immediately. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Stay here Walk out to History St John and Uffizi !

If you wanna stay in the absolute heart of it all rent a places that you can literally walk out the door to the Duomo or shop at the finest stores on planet Earth. There’s nothing wrong with the location apartment or age. We lived the old elevator and although it is winter we enjoyed the windows open at night. We had a schedule conflict and the property manager communicated well and provided us a solution that we were very happy with.Stay here !! Walk out the door to history!

Difficulties with communication

Property is small but well located. It is important to understand that all communication with the property managers is through What'sApp, regarding check-in or any concerns. If you are not a What's App user, this could be a problem for you, as it was for us.

This is it. No need to look any further

This apartment was amazing. It was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The location was amazing. You are pretty much in the duomo piazza as soon as you walk out the door. The entire building was opulent and well maintained. The view from the terrace was spectacular. It would be great if the building manager would put some high stools along the terrace wall to sit and enjoy the views, but that is completely external from this rental. And it’s just fine to lean along the wall and gaze at the amazing views of the duomo all lit up at night. Luca was an amazing host and made the whole process almost frictionless. He is clearly an experienced host and is very kind and professional.

The Sweet Life

This is a small but well appointed apartment. You enter the building and go up 10 marble steps to the cutest lift that can easily accommodate two and all the luggage. You enter the apartment and are immediately stuck by how well they have created the space. High ceilings, big windows, and everything you will need for a lovely stay. The bedroom is large with two big windows and the most comfortable bed and lovely linens. The rooftop terrace has the most amazing views of the Duomo and the surrounding city and hills. Luca is friendly and quickly responds to any communication. He sends all the information you need for check-in a couple of days before your stay complete with step by step photos. The location is incomparable, just steps from the Duomo. Everything is within a 10 minute walk. We loved our stay here and will do it again when returning to Florence.
