Great apartment for 4-5 people in the city center

Stayed here with a family a 5, excellent location in Florence! The staff was very helpful and responsive, and the apartment is clean and spacious.

Decepcionante

Pésimo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, lo reporte con la concierge y me dijo que ella no podía hacer nada y me dio otro número, total que su única solución fue mandarme 2 ventiladores de pie que solo avientan aire caliente y además no funcionaban tampoco, dormimos pésimo con mucho calor, además de me quisieron engañar diciendo que ya lo habían ido a arreglar cuando no fue cierto, que puedo hacer para que me hagan una bonificación porque yo pagué 2 noches con servicio de aire y no lo tuve, espero una respuesta. Tampoco funcionaba una persiana nunca la pudimos levantar y la luz del espejo del baño principal tampoco prendía, necesita un buen mantenimiento ese departamento.

Buena experiencia!

Muy buena experiencia. Pero, El ascensor no funciona si alguien deja la puerta abierta. Solo te dan un juego de llaves, un problema si sois varios personas que no están siempre juntos.
