Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment is located in the San Lorenzo area, situated between the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Duomo. The area is characterised by the outdoor stalls of the market selling leather goods, accessories, and clothing, as well as the beautiful Art Nouveau building of the Mercato Centrale.
