  • Strategically located in the heart of Florence’s historic centre, 50 metres from the Basilica of Santa Croce and just 500 metres from the Duomo and the Baptistery. An ideal starting point for experiencing and discovering the city’s history in a lively, authentic area with narrow streets lined with traditional restaurants, Tuscan trattorias, and local craft shops where you can buy ceramics and leather goods.
    The Space
    Fully renovated apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift) in the heart of the historic centre. It can accommodate up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a table
    Here are the details:
    Living room with a sleeper sofa, wardrobe, marble dining table for 6 people, TV, and Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table, 4-burner stove, dishes, and everything you need for cooking, plus a refrigerator, small oven, Nespresso coffee machine, traditional coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
    2 bathrooms with showers, one of which is in the master bedroom. (no bidet)
    1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom
    1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be converted into a double bed upon request).
    The apartment also includes an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and bed and bath linens. A cot, stroller, and high chair for children are available upon request. Self-check-in is available so you can arrive at any time. A keypad door opener and a safe containing the apartment keys are located at the building entrance.

    The apartment is rented out entirely to guests.

The place is perfectly located to make all the places you want to see walkable. The wine window across the street was great along with the restaurant it belonged to. There were several fantastic places to eat within a couple blocks and a taxi stand at the plaza.
