    The residence unfolds along an elegant gallery corridor lined with curated artworks.

    The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the private garden, ideal for breakfast in the open air.

    The Master Suite features a king-size canopy bed and a contemporary en-suite bathroom.
    Two additional double suites open onto the inner garden, one of which is decorated with naturalistic frescoes.

    Facing the Lungarno, the grand reception room and dining room are designed for private gatherings.

    Guests have exclusive access to the entire residence and its private garden. The entrance is at street level on the Lungarno, with no stairs or lifts to navigate to reach the apartment.

    The garden is on a slightly different level from the main living spaces and is reached by a few steps.
    All interior and outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for your stay, with no shared spaces and no other guests.

    Our team assists you from booking through check-out. Check-in is by appointment between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM and includes a personal welcome and a tour of the residence.

    During your stay, Andrea and the co-hosts (Debora) are available at any time to assist with any need. Customised services can be arranged upon request: private chef, butler, airport transfers, in-residence experiences, and curated tours throughout Florence and Tuscany.

    The garden is on a slightly different level from the main living areas and is accessed via a few steps.
