"The woman at the desk was very nice, but the hotel was very old inside . And the room definitely could've been cleaned a lot better.It is a motel, not a hotel. The pictures are deceiving. But it was inexpensive and after my wife booked it, we pulled up to the property and we were like nope no way. But unfortunately, we didn't realize it was a non-cancellation booking. We called Hotels.com, and they were going to see what they could do and call us back but they never did. We finally got to the point were we said we'd suck it up and stay there for the night. I did give you a feeling there could be bugs, but we didn't see any, but my wife kept the TV on all night just so she could keep her eyes peeled. Would we stay there again no."

"TL,DR - I would stay here again. Pros: the location can’t be beat. It’s around 35 mins to the airport. It’s 20 minutes or so to both Biscayne and Everglades National Parks. There are multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of seating. The breakfast was pretty basic, but it was still good. The lady that checked us in was as very nice- she gave a list of restaurants that offered discounts to their customers and recommended her favorite Mexican restaurant. Cons: the beds have a thin metal skirting under them that pops every single time you turn over. It was incredibly annoying. The bed itself wasn’t uncomfortable, but we slept horribly because of the constant noises from the metal. In addition to the popping, the AC made it hard to sleep. We had it set as low as it would go, and it still didn’t cool very well. Overall, I would likely stay here again simply for the location and the price."

"It was awful. Remove this place from your list, it harms you and your reputation to keep it. Shabby, unfriendly, scary with a clerk never coming out of his glass cubicle even next morning. And weird customers too. They did not want to give us more than one towel, we had to insist. Your picture is completely wrong. Not only don't they offer breakfast, but you cannot even enter that room ! The rooms were not clean and many things missing from the walls or the doors. Meaning a shower was a real ordeal and you did not feel safe at night as the door security was not functioning !!! We arrived too late to see everything immediately, things unfolded little by little. Never have I had that kind of experience booking through you. Properties I choose when it's just on the go can be very simple but have always been clean. You have to review this property and make your own conclusions. I hope to never see that again and I would like to know what you are doing about it. I have pictures to show if you need more about the problem."
