"Location is good, property hasn't been updated at all, falling apart. Sheets were clean but looks like the floor had not been cleaned in months. Literal piles of dirt, hair and trash against the walls and in the corners, I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Bathroom was disgusting. No mirror, no microwave, no coffee maker, absolutely bare bones felt more like a hostel. Zero soundproofing from neighboring rooms."

"The home and the views are amazing. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is very nice. Amanda was very easy to communicate with. There is a nice coffee stand, amazing little Italian food stand and great ice cream shop all within walking distance. We would love to return someday!"

"The view from the back yard is amazing. We normally go to the beach several times during our stay however the setting in the back is as good as any beach. The house is laid out wonderfully and very comfortable. "
