"The condo was mostly clean, other than the stove being sticky. The fridge wasn't cooling, the kitchen sink wasn't draining on one side, and there weren't any comforters in the master bedroom and no pillows for the sleeper sofa. There were only 4 bath towels and 3 beach towels for 6 guests. We sent two messages and never received any of the bedding. The issue with the fridge was handled quickly and we managed to unclogg the sink ourselves. Pots, pans, dishes etc. are very limited and some were dirty, do not plan on cooking any fancy meals. The balcony is tiny and there wasn't as much as a chair on it. Also, my teenage daughter could stick her head in between the bars, watch smaller kids closely! At one point we locked ourselves out of the room. Security came within minutes to unlock the door, even though he said we might have to wait a while because he was the only person on site. The pool and hottub are nice, well maintained, and open until 11pm, which we appreciated tremendously. The bar by the pool closed earlier than what the sign said. The drinks are weak and mediocre at best. The entire staff was friendly. The beach area is very small and not very nice, not adequate for a family day at the beach. Fishing on site is limited to the marina area, which was disappointing for my teens. Check-in is off site, which requires an extra stop, but checkout was easy and done by making a quick phone call. Overall a good value for the price, I would stay there again."

"Outstanding stay, Lili checked us in and kindly checked if our allocated room was ready, and because it was, let us in to get settled in. Outstandingly clean, had everything we needed and more. Breakfast looking out on the beautiful coast each morning was beautiful and idyllic. Plenty of options for breakfast, muffins, fruit, cereal bars, apple and orange juice and even a wee cup of tea for me! Would not hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone!! 2hr drive from Key West and ideally situated for lots of food options (Mrs Macs and Lido 73 highly highly recommended ⭐) Paddle boards, canoes and life jackets all free to use and the pool was awesome too!! 5 star resort in our eyes..... We will be back 💯"

"This marina takes great care of the boats they offer for rent. Spectacular. The staff and worker Blanche couldn’t do enough for you. The pool is awesome nice and cool, very refreshing. The food at the Dive Bar was amazing. No worries about where to park. Going back again in November to stay on another boat that is just as beautiful as the one I was on. Amazing sunsets from rooftop."

"Mr. Kelly was an excellent host he ia by far the most interesting person to chat with lots of knowledge....we had so much fun it was definitely a new experience for us we for sure understand the live in boat community way more it is different then what we are used to.... the boat is a very nice stay!!Definitely coming back!!"

"Cameras are located throughout the property, which added an extra sense of security. The apartment is well-equipped with the essentials you’d expect in a home, including a plunger, private laundry room conveniently located next to the unit, a decent-sized refrigerator with a separate mini fridge, long lasting HOT water, and FREEZING cold A/C.The area outside is fairly public, so we tended to keep the shades closed for privacy. There was plenty of closet storage for two people.The glass entry door took a little getting used to, you need to pull/push it firmly toward the frame while locking it, otherwise it may not latch properly. The host provided instructions ahead of time, and it seems to be one of the quirks of an almost 100-year-old building! We have a bigger SUV so sometimes we did not park in our reserved parking spot because the reserved spots are tight and we didn’t want to risk getting hit.The apartment has been beautifully updated and it’s clear that a lot of care went into the craftsmanship and material choices. As someone who appreciates quality finishes, I noticed and appreciated the attention to detail throughout from the high-end plumbing fixtures, door handles, and cabinet hardware to the lighted mirror and other thoughtful touches. The small details really elevated the space and made it feel more luxurious than many rentals.Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt like home during our stay. Host is super responsive and accommodating!"

"Absolutely lovely property in the Keys! Perfect for spending time in the outdoors and using all that the private beach has to offer. On the pricey side considering the age of the units but the backyard, water access and view is what you are paying for. Great location to access things. We really enjoyed!"
