Great staff & location

Lovely place. We stayed in a cabin, the hot tub was great and the room had all we needed, plus with a beautiful view in a quiet location. The staff were all wonderful; they went out of their way to help with every request and were very kind and courteous. I'll look forward to staying here again.

Es war wirklich von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Das Personal ist so aufmerksam, das sie einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ablesen. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker, wie auch das Restaurant ist super. Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber und gut klimatisiert. Der Pool war groß und lud zum verweilen ein. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Sessiz, sakin ve keyifli bir tatil düşünenler için oldukça uygun ve güzel bir otel. Ulaşımı rahat, herhangi bir sorun yaşamayacaksınızdır. Çalışanlar ve işletmeci oldukça güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, restorandan yiyeceğiniz yemekler de fiyat olarak uygun ve lezzetli. Yalnızca havuzu biraz küçük fakat biz gittiğimizde çok fazla kalabalık olmadığı için çok zorlanmadık. 2 gün planladığımız konaklamamızı 1 gün de bitirip dönmek zorunda kaldık. Öncelikle tesise vardığımızda ilk kez gelen biri için yollar karmaşıktı, bu durumun sorun olmasına engel olmak adına girişte karşılama yapan kimse yoktu. Girişte yer alan tabelalar bu konuda yetersizdi, otopark olarak belirtilen alanın aslında yol kenarında sırası ile çekili duran araçlar olduğunu farkettik. Aracımızı herhangi bir yere park edip tesise giriş yaptığımızda restoranda karşılayan bir görevli vardı, işlemlerimiz resepsiyona yönlendirilmeden yapıldı. Açık havuz olarak tesis özelliklerinde yer alan havuz, camla çevrili kapalı bir havuzdu. Maalesef içinde 4 kişi dev yüzme simitleri ile yüzdüğü için girmek mümkün olmadı. Odamızda buzdolabı yoktu, televizyon bozuktu. Odalarda ses yalıtımı hiç yoktu, yan odalardan ve üst kattan rahatsızlık verecek sesler duyuluyordu. Gece geç saatlerde restoranda oturanları veya balkonunda sohbet edenleri dinlemek zorunda kaldık ve uyuyamadık. Tavan pervanesini kapatmak istediğimizi söylediğimizde kapanma özelliğinin bulunmadığı belirtildi fakat kendi çabalarımızda aslında olduğunu farkedip kapattık. Tesis ve odalarla ilgili hakim değillerdi. Televizyon arızası anlık olarak giderilemediğinden bungalov odalara geçtik, odada kettle içi küflüydü, kanepe hijyenik görünmüyordu, şömineden dolayı perde yanıktı, jakuzi kirliydi. Bir gece daha kalmak istemedik ve sabah tesisten ayrıldık. Her şeye rağmen çalışanları yardım sever ve çözüm odaklıydı. İşletme başarısızdı.

Otelin romantik bungolov odasinda kaldik. Bir bungolov oldugu dusunuldugunde fena sayilmazdi. Ama eskimis oda biraz tuvaletin kapagi kirikti soyledik ama degismedi. Carsaflar lekesiz temizdi. Le concept des lodges ainsi que l'environnement sont très bien. Malheureusement rien n'est entretenu correctement: la piscine est sale, les lodges pas propres, le sol du restaurant n'est pas lavé, le robinet du lavabo ne tient pas, pour avoir de l'eau froide il faud laisser couler le tuyau des toilettes, table et sol du balcon sales. C'est vraiment dommage étant donné le potentiel du complexe. Eau stagnante a côté de la lodge, ce qui attire les moustiques et sangliers la nuit. Il fait trop chaud à l'etage. La propriétaire s'est présenté le 1er jour puis nous salue a peine les autres fois. Les 2 seuls pointd positifs sont : le petit-déjeuner et les serveurs. Au final beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation, c'est du vol.
