Palm Cottage - Cosy retreat

  • Palm Cottage and its semi-detached neighbour Orchard Cottage are nestled in secluded Middle Park, three acres overlooking the ancient woodland Sibton Forest in the heart of the Kent Downs, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

    Each unit in the newly renovated barn conversion is comprised of two bedrooms, a bathroom with an extra large soaking tub for a luxurious rest, and open plan living space. The property has underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen features brand new appliances; half dishwasher, temperature controlled wine fridge, washer / drier.

    Each bedroom and the sitting room have a television.

    The internet is StarLink, delivering an incredibly fast connection (250 mp , a rarity in the countryside.

    Middle Park Cottages has its own private secluded car park.

We enjoyed three wonderful days in Palm Cottage on our way back from Northern England, but Palm Cottage is definitely a place where you could spend a much longer holiday. It is situated in a very quiet and wonderful landscape and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We especially liked how spacious and clean the house is and also enjoyed sitting and playing in the generous garden. Palm Cottage – despite being quiet and remote – still allows guests to reach the M20 in less than 5 minutes, so it is highly recommended as basis to explore (southern) Kent.
