"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "

Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The space had plenty of natural light and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into every detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

"Darling house with all the conveniences of home. Enjoyed walking into town and to Burghley Horse Trials. Owner was flexible and responded quickly and helpfully to our communications. "

"From the get go the communications with the owners were excellent. The Coach House is alittle gem in Lincolnshire. Everything you would need for a holiday, superb bedding comfortable beds. The bathroom was lovely one of our guests was over 6ft and he loved that he could sit properly in the bath. Kitchen had all the utensils you would ever need , nice and warm with the aga going which was so in keeping and I didn't burn anything ! Absolutely fabulous stay with our 2dogs.
