"This is our 2nd stay at this place. We absolutely love the convenience of being across the street from beach access and the place is super cute. A nice walk to the shops and restaurants provides some exercise and never having to move our car once we arrive. We plan to visit annually."

"The property is located on Center Street. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately it could get quite loud in the evening hours and there was construction going on next door so every morning at 7AM you could hear the very loud noise. That's not the property's fault of course. We bought ear plugs and were able to block out the noise a bit. The apartment was small but it had all amenities you would need for a short beach stay."

"My daughter & I were here for a little getaway! The accomodations were perfect! Quick walk to beach access. We didnt have a car on the island and everything was within easy walking distance. Loved Bert’s for grabbing some quick eats and ice cream. The upper patio was a great way to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at night. Highly recommend and would definitely book this gem again next time!!"

"This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The fishing pier....under construction, that should be updated on the VRBO website also. Looks like it has been underway for a long time and doesn't look close to being finished. The road...

"This was our first stay in Folly Beach. The island is beautiful and the yards at everyone's houses are filled with nice plants, trees and shrubs. I enjoyed riding my bicycle and I felt very safe on the streets. We had our dog with us and it was a great area for her as well. It was close walking distance to a beach access and we enjoyed sitting at the back patio. My husband and I are both seniors, so the entrance steps were a bit hazardous for us to navigate, but otherwise the space was good. We...
