ZenDeck & Courtyard - King Room & Double Room - Pet Friendly - Across from Beach

Elevated sun deck "IN THE TREE TOPS" for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has private access via a fenced courtyard entry. There is a king bed in master bedroom and full size bed in second sleeping area. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately the length of a football field to be in the ocean and only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment!

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

This place is perfect for friends or a small family. We sat on the deck and watched the harvest moon go over in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable. They have both a regular coffee pot and a keurig maker! Access to the beach is so easy to walk to from the house. The unit has its own grill and patio with outdoor shower. The kitchen cupboards are a little worn but very well stocked!

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed our stay at ZenDeck. Loved the location. Spent a lot of time on the deck. Place had everything we needed and was just a block from the beach access. We'll be back!

You can't beat the location and big sunny deck here! It's an older home, but it was still very clean. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out easy. It was also great for my small pup! My only complaint is the brutal 9am checkout time.

First Time on Folly

Very comfortable vacation home. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room and “office space.” Plenty of room and close to everything. The outside deck is above street level and great for fresh air dining. Parking spaces are included, so that is never a concern. Beach access is just a few steps away.

The property was quiet and was very clean. The beds were so very comfortable and the water pressure was great! The area to let my dogs out to roam and potty was just right. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Perfect size for my sister and I. Very close to the beach. A little bit of a hike to Bert’s and Center Street but we had no problems getting Ubers. I would stay here again.

Fun in Folly

We enjoyed our time in Folly Beach. There was plenty to do and beyond great choices for restaurants! We hiked out to the lighthouse point and saw dolphins fishing at the beach, beyond words! We walked to dinner and saw an incredible sunset

Great stay in Folly Beach!

We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The downtown area is a 15-20 minute walk and we thoroughly loved bringing our pup on vacation this year. The “courtyard” is a bit misleading for this unit, there is no grassy area attached. The upstairs deck was nice, but there are some bees / wasps that need to be taken care of. The 2nd bedroom is extremely small, however the large bedroom is quite spacious!
