"Brilliant location (next to Arnouva gondola and ski hire shops and only two minutes down into town via escalator). Friendly helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Views from balcony rooms superb in good weather and towards Matterhorn. Very child friendly. Bar staff attentive. Will definitely stay again when visiting Crans-Montana. "

"Chalet Diognysos was absolutely wonderful!!! Sophie and Jerome were charming, helpful and extremely welcoming hosts. Our room was fantastic and the view spectacular. Wellness treatments in the saunas and steam room were great after days skiing. We enjoyed breakfasts with lots of healthy local delights and also recommend fondu dinner in the giant wine barrel. For skiers, it is short drive up the mountain to several convenient parking areas or a 5 minute walk down the hill to a bus stop. Wonderful experience all around!!! "

"We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is spacious, full of warm wood and light, and feels immediately welcoming. The views from the windows are just stunning — it’s the kind of place where you catch yourself pausing just to look outside. The sauna was a highlight for us, beautifully done and the perfect way to end the day. The location couldn’t be better: peaceful and private, yet close enough to everything we needed. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. We would love to come back!"
