"Booked this as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. The reality is the shuttle service is unreliable and in frequent. In the end, I had to catch a taxi to the hotel from the airport which is actually very difficult because it’s such a short journey. The next day, I actually walked from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle service basically operates limited hours and only on the hour. The room was nice but the lighting system is not very user-friendly. I had two TVs in the room in a Junior suite neither of which worked. Best thing about this Hotel is the Restaurant, food was amazing and the staff were very nice in the restaurant."

"When I booked this hotel through Expedia, it was advertised as having a bar, restaurant, minibar, and room service. Unfortunately, none of this was available during my stay. There is no bar at the hotel, and after breakfast it wasn’t even possible to get a cup of coffee. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, despite the amenities advertised. The room window would not close properly, and the room itself was in need of a thorough dusting. I would also advise potential guests not to rely on the photos shown on the website, as they appear to be very outdated and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. Overall, I was extremely disappointed as the hotel did not match the description provided when booking. One member of staff in breakfast room was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. His name was Paul. Most of the members of staff were very polite and helpful. Think the owners of the hotel need to update and redecorate the rooms.. Maybe make the grounds more appealing... Otherwise it suited our needs...."

"Dear Sir or Madam, Honestly, I come to this hotel several times because it is conveniently located near the Sesto San Giovanni Municipality. However, during my stays, I have repeatedly experienced maintenance and service issues. On a previous visit, there was a problem with the air conditioning, and another time the window would not close properly all night. During my most recent stay, the shower in the bathroom did not work at all. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of support from the reception staff. There always seems to be only one person at reception, and they often appear stressed and unresponsive. In addition, there seems to be only one maintenance person available, and they are very difficult to find when needed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both the maintenance service and customer support, because the hotel’s location is very convenient and I would prefer to continue staying there in the future.
