"My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. "Pros: The house was great, good airconditioning, nice facilities, swimmingpool but also the kitchen, bbq and sitting areas. Also the host was very kind, explained everything and maked sure we had a nice stay. Cons: If you want to go somewhere, also supermarket you need a car to come there unless you want to do everything with taxi. Nothing is on walking distance."

"Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus...

"Paco and Conchi welcomed us like kings, they prepared a dinner with beverages when we arrived and showed us around. The finca is surrounded by many fruit trees and a beautiful garden. It is situated in the middle of the island with easy access to everything like hospital, supermarket, Palma... We will probably book the finca again because we were very content."
