"We had stayed at Margaritaville a month prior as well and lost a key when we arrived on the second trip they had found it and we were able to recover it the staff are so courteous and friendly and the facility is very clean it was a great stay on both occasions "

"We were in Jax to enjoy family. We decided to view the friendship fountain which was fabulous. The hotel has a walkway along the River straight to the fountain. It felt safe and family friendly. The Doubletree is also at the foot of the Main Street Bridge and were able to drive downtown Jax to restaurants and eateries. The pool area was great and Ruth Chris' restaurant was wonderful; both food and staff. Wonderful time!"
