"This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from Genève Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting."

"I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. C’est d’ailleurs un gardien d’une boutique en façade qui nous a dirigé, ayant l’habitude de voir les clients chercher l’endroit. Aussi, il serait pertinent de mentionner d’aller directement au stationnement payant du Mont-Blanc afin d’éviter de tourner en rond."

Only wish there was a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price"

"Close to the airport, and also close to the tram lines. Made it very convenient also grocery store house. Everything was squeaky clean and in brand new condition. "The Chateau and the property's grounds are beautiful. The location and views were gorgeous and relaxing. One challenge was our laye arrival. We received a message through the Expedia platform about how to enter the establishment after 10 pm. Unfortunately, we were driving and didn't see the alert email come in. Expedia has our cellphone in our account, but they opted not to message us as I didn't have that setup as a default notification tool. Nonetheless, Expedia should do better because it is clear from our itinerary that we have been traveling across Switzerland over the course of week. That is where Expedia falls short. They don't take care of valued customers that spends thousands of dollars with them.and more. As for hotel, the pool is open from April through the end of October depending on weather. The hotel can get taxi service but it does not have 24 hr service. So the listing has some inaccuracies. The staff believe the listing mentions about late check-ins and the procedure, but if that is the case, it is difficult to fine. Expedia needs to do better on the listing information. As for the hotel, the historic chapel and the frescoes are unbelievably moving. The billard room and"
