This place is good to stay because it was close to the Geneva airport as it was cheaper to stay in France then staying in Switzerland. Room was small only good to use it as a transit hotel.

Good Canadian franchise hotel. The Management are very knowledgeable, so they are not too bad, front desk were very nice and few music super stars like these convenient hotel for staying the long weekend in the border of France and kind of close to Geneva.

Nice and supportive staff, hotel is close to the highway which makes it a perfect hotel for 1 night during a longer travel. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes and the room itself is tiny.

I stayed at the hotel for just one night, and it had everything I needed. It appears that most of the staff are new and still in training, but I hope they quickly become more experienced so they will not add to the guests' stress.

from the room window I had a look on the generators, breakfast was everyday same, last day orange juice machine was out of order. Room was not that clean as expected to that price/ night they claimed.

We have stayed here several times before. The rooms have been upgraded and are now much more pleasant. Shower is hot and powerful, and the windows actually open a bit – unusual in chain hotels. Staff are friendly and helpful. The one thing I regret is they closed the restaurant, which was always so convenient. There are a couple of places over the bridge next to the cinema which we have used: the Au Bureau bistro is always full and has reasonably priced, delicious food and friendly staff. We walk our dogs in the area at the side of the hotel on the right – a nice field and wooded area in the grounds of a conference centre. No-one seems to mind. Very convenient stopping place if you're on a long journey, and a good night's sleep at a reasonable price. What's not to like?

The room was dusty, surfaces not clean, bathroom old and also not clean. I found a blood stain on the bed sheet. There was a bad smell, something decaying in the room, so we had to have the window open at all times - until the number of mosquitoes was unbearable. Air on did not work, just made a loud noise. Avoid at all costs the location is isolated and hotel run down. We left early

Unprofessional staff

Teribil customer services around all the hotel. At the check in not very welcoming people. Rooms were very cold and heating not working so they provided an electricity heater which dry up the air onto the room. I had to change the room but still the same. Could go to Campanile for half of the price and have the same heating. In the morning at breakfast was very busy because of the group of kids and when we ask for some help over a boiled egg chef was very rude and unprofessional and try to fight in stead of apologizing.

Réponse à votre réponse du 24/09 suite à mon commentaire : Bonjour, J’entends votre explication sur le changement de chambre « pour le confort », mais permettez-moi deux précisions. Primo : je ne suis pas arrivé énervé ni en dispute avec mon collègue, (vos caméras peuvent le confirmer) — je sortais d’un SPA à Genève, j’étais totalement détendu. Secundo : je ne parle pas anglais et je n’ai jamais échangé en anglais avec votre réceptionniste, qui était d’ailleurs fermée sur elle-même dès mon arrivée. Mon collègue, assis à l’entrée, a tout vu et entendu. Je comprends que vous défendiez votre collaboratrice, mais insinuer que j’ai amené mes « problèmes » à la réception est inexact : je voyage en affaires très régulièrement, et je sais cloisonner. Le vrai sujet est que votre réceptionniste a perdu son sang-froid et son sens de l’accueil. Les choses sont dites. Cela ne m’empêchera pas de revenir dans votre établissement si nécessaire, en espérant simplement qu’à l’avenir l’accueil sera plus professionnel et agréable.
