Good Canadian franchise hotel. The Management are very knowledgeable, so they are not too bad, front desk were very nice and few music super stars like these convenient hotel for staying the long weekend in the border of France and kind of close to Geneva.

Unprofessional staff

Teribil customer services around all the hotel. At the check in not very welcoming people. Rooms were very cold and heating not working so they provided an electricity heater which dry up the air onto the room. I had to change the room but still the same. Could go to Campanile for half of the price and have the same heating. In the morning at breakfast was very busy because of the group of kids and when we ask for some help over a boiled egg chef was very rude and unprofessional and try to fight in stead of apologizing.

En dépannage, Hôtel dépassé

acceuil 0, petit déjeuner non proposé, rien n'est expliqué, ni le wifi, ni les horaires, ni le code portail. on vous donne la carte et débrouillez vous. Le parking vous accueille avec des nids de poule. Les chambres sont petites. La douche passe violemment du chaud au froid, et inversement cela dur depuis des années, la réception n'est bien sûr pas étonnée mais c'est ainsi. La facture elle n'a pas d'indulgence. 112 € et petit déjeuner a 13,90 €. a utiliser en dépannage quand les autres hôtels sont complets.

Praktisch für eine Nacht. Es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe für das Abendessen. Das Frühstück traf nicht unseren Geschmack, aber für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse relativ viel Auswahl. Leider hatte es beim Frühstück wirklich sehr viele Mücken, somit war ein gemütliches Essen nicht möglich.
