The living room with a sofa bed provides an extra space to relax. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer facility during your stay. Experience what Lauderdale by the Sea and Pompano Beach have to offer with a stay at our condo. A walk to the beach access is within 5 minutes opening up to a quiet beautiful beach area. (Many rentals offered do not have close beach access and require driving to a parking area.) In addition, the condo offers 1 single space parking right in front of the door as well as plenty of guest parking.
