Beautiful Home!
200yds, 0.1 miles) from beach access! We are one of if not the closest home rental to the beach! We have over 70 reviews on other sites. - split floor plan with 2 queen beds (electric frames) with 2 full bathrooms + large 7 seater sectional. Every room has a 55-65in TV with Comcast, fast Wifi, HBOMax, Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV.
Our house is close to everything!
- Beach: 3 homes (on beach access rd)
- Downtown: 0.3 miles away from restaurants/bars
- Publix/CVS: 9 homes away
The space
If you want to feel at home, this place is for you! There’s a dozens of rentals in LBTS and very few compare to the detail and convenience of this one. Tons of bright and natural light, fully remodeled with top of the line appliances, and close to everything. Trust us when we say the difference between walking 3 homes to the beach vs. 10+ homes is a game changer :). Our home is on the beach access road.

Leave your stuff at home! We have beach chairs, large beach towels,a cooler, beach umbrella, games, baby beach toys, small cart for taking things to the beach BBQ grill, condiments, football/tennis/basketball, and more. Everything is fully equipped. We provide an abundance of staples, from paper towels to aluminum foil, coffee pods, condiments, sunscreen. Feel free to use whatever you'd like. If something is missing or broken upon arrival that our cleaner missed, text us and we'll have it there within an hour!

This isn't your typical stale property - we live here 2 months out of the year and everything in the place is remodeled to our liking (new TVs, subzero refrigerator, washer/dryer, games, golf putting game, comfortable beds that are electric with tempurpedic toppers, full kitchen, multiple coffee machines, etc!).

Place is perfect for 2 couples and 4 guests. Split Floorplan in the house, giving tons of privacy to each bedroom. Both rooms have a desk for working. We provide a pack n play, high chair baby bath for our small
Children.
It's a smaller place but can squeeze 6-7 with 2 on the couch (extra linens provided). We also have a very nice blow up mattress.
No parties late into the evening. Having people over is fine, as is playing music/etc, but it's not a party house. We allow dogs but must declare pets prior to approval, if your pet sheds, please keep off the furniture.

Please message us in advance for late checkout or early check-in. We may be able to accommodate.

Great getaway

My family and I were looking for an easy and relaxing trip and that's exactly what we found with this lovely property. The owner's communication could not have been better, home was perfect and the location in proximity to beach and local amenities was even better.

Best location ever!

This home was new, clean and thorough. From a book with stay info and a candy dish to clean linens and it felt like home! The owner was so gracious and made sure that the stay was perfection! Will stay there every time we are going to Florida from this point forward .

Very clean, well taken care of property. Kitchen has modern appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. Amazing location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Cindy was a great host. My one issue (and one of a personal preference) was the soft mattress; otherwise a great experience.

Perfect for family!

The house is immaculate and well done. We had everything we needed for cooking, playing games, and going to the beach. Cindy thought of everything that we could need and we felt right at home. We loved walking to the beach which was just a block away.

Great place in a great location

We loved staying here! The location was perfect - close to the beach and easily walkable to restaurants and stores. The house was spacious and was stocked with everything we needed - beach chairs, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. We stayed during March Madness and especially appreciated having TVs with cable. Cindy was very responsive and had left several nice surprises for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time in Lauderdale by the Sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Cindy. She was very responsive. Beds were amazing! Super convenient!

Great renovated two bedroom about a block from the water. Everything there you could need. It’s not a huge place but we purposely didn’t want something too unmanageable- our family of 4 used all the space without issue.

A perfect gem!

This property was 5 stars from inside to outside with a phenomenal location as well! Literally a block from the beach road. Not only was this convenient to-get to the beach but it was a perfect location for walking and or strolling. The tiny little town is a few blocks away. It is charming to look at and filled with cozy little restaurants for breakfast lunch or dinner. The owner is the MOST responsive host we have ever had. The day I would make a request the item would literally arrive on the porch a couple hours later. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering vacationing in the area!

Perfection!

Everything about this experience was wonderful! The owner is so friendly and helpful, and there is also a helpful book in the house to guide you around operating appliances and electronics in the home. The gorgeous, clean beach is a very short walk from the home, and everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided for us. There were plenty of large beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and other fun things available for our use. The home was clean, the beds comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will absolutely stay here again if we pass through Ft. Lauderdale again. I wish we could go back already!

Unbeatable location!

Our stay here was just what we needed. Even though the home is a 2 bedroom, we were able to sleep 6 guests comfortably. The property was spotless when we arrived and the owners inclusion of beach items and towels made our tip that much easier. I cannot say enough great things about the property owner Cindy and the property manager Gillian, they both were spot on with communication and addressing our very minor issues during our stay. The location was absolutely perfect as well. We were a short walk to the beach and the access point had rinsing showers at the entrance and exit which also makes the beach trips a lot more enjoyable. We were close enough to the square to walk to dinner and explore but also close enough to downtown Ft. Lauderdale that a short drive had us in the middle of everything! We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever to visit the area in the future!

Perfect Beach Bungalow

This is the perfect beach bungalow for a couple or people with small children. It has a wonderful walkability to the beach, shops restaurants and grocery store. They are all within a 3 block area. The property is clean and well kept. The greatroom and eating area are updated and functional and the host could not be more accessible and responsive. The only drawback to this property is that there is no yard, so if you have pets or small children, please know ahead of time that you will not have the option to have them outside without supervision. The bedrooms are designed so that both occupants have privacy and all of the appliances are new and worked flawlessly. I strongly recommend this property for people who want to spend their days at the beach and nights at the local restaurants. It really couldn't be more convenient.

Great location and nice house

Perfect location walking distance to Laud by the Sea area, and a short walk to the beach. House is nicely designed, with many modern updates like a brick tv/led fireplace wall, built in refrigerator/appliances. Large living room area, and two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Overall a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Ft. Laud Beach/LBTS.

It was like a cottage in the countey with gorgous beach and shopping with in walking distance. Kaluz was only 1.5 miles and is now my favorite restaurant. The food was impecable and the service far exceeded our expectations. We invite the host to install a hottub to make it the perfect destination.
