Family Vacay

Our family had a very pleasant stay here... the location was really convenient to the beach, restaurant area and a public park... all an easy and safe walk away. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and was clean and well appointed for our stay. Communication was also great and we'd recommend to anyone looking for a great value.

The home is easy to walk to the beach, to restaurants, easy drive to the 'water taxi', easy drive to Hollywood Beach. Very nice. And the host is always great, with a quick reply if any questions.

Perfect for a family trip to the beach!

This was a great place for the five of us to stay for our family vacation! Plenty of room, close to the beach, towels, chairs, washer and dryer…just about everything we needed. Winston is a great communicator. We would stay again!

We are giving this property and this host full stars. Location is close to everything, to the restaurants and to the beach. At thec same time it is in the quiet area, no loud noises at night. The host kindly gave us early check-in and late check out that was very nice of him and convenient for us will stay there again if in the area

Trip to FTL

The house was a great place for three nights for my party of seven. We really enjoyed the quick access to the beach and the location was extremely convenient to restaurants and shops. Winston was very accommodating and provided great communication. Looking forward to staying again!

Great place!

This house is roomy and comfortable for the 5 of us. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and we appreciate the beach towels and chairs provided. Winston communicates in a very timely manner. We would stay again if we’re in the area!

Great place & great location

I have rented a lot of VRBO properties. This is was one of top for being clean and exactly like the AD shows. The owner is great. We had an issue with the WIFI and he came right over to fix it. The only downside for us was no TV in the master bedroom but that wouldn't not prevent us from renting this property again.

Amazing Place!!

We went for a holiday weekend with our family and we were so happy with the place and location. The house was SUPER clean! Bed sheets, blankets, towels….everything so clean. They offered beach chairs, cooler and more for our convenience. The location is perfect!!!! 5 minutes walk to the beach. During the day and night they have countless restaurants, ice cream places, bars, live music, fun spots for kids to play by the beach and more! Also, the house is bigger than what it appears on the pictures. The owner was fast to reply our messages and very kind. We really loved it!

Great spot for us to stay for a bachelor party. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach and bars and etc. and a 20 min drive to some clubs we went to. Highly recommend. Everything you need to cook if that’s your thing.

Wonderful Place

The place met or exceeded all expectations. Awesome location just a couple blocks from the beach and steps away from shops and restaurants. Great place to enjoy all that Lauderdale By The Sea has to offer. Winston was great to work with making our stay very relaxing and stress free.

Great Place

This was a great place for me, my husband and 5 others to stay at. We only needed a place for a few days before our cruise and it was perfect! The location was great, it was near lots of shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owner was extremely quick to respond whenever i had any questions. The check in process was great. We had a late flight and the self check in was perfect for us! The house was super clean and beautiful!! Really would recommend it to anyone!

Location, location, location

This property is halfway between the ocean and the Intercoastal, just a short block off the main drag (Commercial Blvd). Despite that, the house was surprisingly quiet. It is a duplex with a shared laundry room, but we heard very little noise from the other residents, and the washer and dryer were always available. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach and restaurants, and there's a Publix market down the street. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is spacious and comfortable. There's no garbage disposal, but that is not a huge deal. The owner was immediately available by text to answer questions.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place for us to stay! There was plenty of room, a fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a comfy couch to watch TV, close to the beach, very clean and the host was very communicative! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location

We had a quick visit to Ft. Lauderdale to visit family. This was a great house for our needs. The kitchen could use some updated cookware and the couch was rickety but overall, it worked great. If someone was planning on sleeping on the couch, it wouldn’t be very comfortable but we didn’t have need to do that so it was fine. We would stay here again.
