Another fantastic stay

I have stayed at this property multiple times now and it has consistently been an oasis of peace for me. The proximity to the water is one of the primary reasons I have returned so many times. It really is breathtaking. The unit itself has everything that you would need for a beach vacation. I do not rent a car when I am there which can be limiting. However, I am able to order food and drink from local stores and restaurants very easily. I look forward to being able to stay again here next year.

Great experience

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and spacious and the location was fantastic. Right next to the beach, you could also walk north or south for a fantastic view. We highly recommend staying here.

Super clean, steps from the ocean

As advertised. Literally 20 steps to the sand and 20 more to the ocean. King bed is firm and very comfortable. Host (Sotos) was on site and answered any questions immediately. Two waterfront restaurants within easy walking distance. 10 minute drive from the FLL airport. Uber ride and tip was $10 to go South to the Broadwalk (about 2 miles walking). Super quiet residential neighborhood, airport noise was no issue. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

Nana's Beach House

We have come back over and over. Always great. Our host is the best. Our grand kids love to spend the day at Nans's beach house with Nana and grandpa. See you next year.

Beautiful, peaceful location close to everything.

Paradise for Beach Lovers

This little place puts you literally 25 steps to the beach. And not just a beach, a quiet beach, white sands, and ocean, glorious ocean. If you love the beach this is the place! The apartment itself is clean and well-appointed. The host lives right upstairs, friendly and available. I have just one small complaint—the bed is very firm and, for me, was not comfortable. But the location of this place made me forget all about the bed. Seriously, paradise.

Beautiful home away from home

This apartment was the perfect romantic getaway for our tenth anniversary. The location, mere yards from the ocean, was spectacular. The porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal outdoors or just hang out. We are so grateful to have found this gem, it really was lovely. Incredibly charming all around.

Fun in the Sun April 2023

We had a wonderful stay again!! This was our third stay here. We felt at home, and the closeness to the Hollywood Broadwalk for shopping or dining is close enough to walk, bike or drive. There are several parking garages. Sotos is a wonderful host.

Beach Relaxation!

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay. You are literally steps from a quiet, uncrowded, white sand beach. We didn’t rent a car, and enjoyed walking down to the boardwalk daily. Restaurants and bars are close - Tiki-Tiki ( 0.2 mile walk) to unlimited options on the boardwalk. (1.5 mile walk) This property is very comfortable with anything you would want. Sotos is a wonderful, kind and responsive host. I can’t wait to go back!
