This is a massive, fully furnished 6 bedroom, 4 bath home with a HEATED POOL. Just 5 minutes by car to our gorgeous beaches, new pier, boardwalk, Dania Pointe and Young Circle which has restaurants, shopping and all the night life the city has to offer…yet located in a quiet residential neighborhood! Queen sized beds in 5 of the bedrooms and Full sized bed in 1 of the bedrooms, brand new or freshly laundered linen, bath and beach towels etc. Two bars...one in the family room and one in the den. Kitchen is fully stocked with every small appliance known to man and ready for you to just drop your bags and live like you're at home. Wireless internet throughout the home and a huge sparkling blue pool in the back yard which is completely private. Keyless entry for easy access. Location is amazing and you'll have immediate access to all the most convenient interstates (I-95; I-595; turnpike) and yet be close to our gorgeous BEACH! Property is 5 minutes away from FLL Airport and 25 minutes from MIA Airport. We are 10 minutes away from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and New Guitar Hotel & Casino. We are 25 minutes away from the world’s largest Outlet Mall...Sawgrass Mills. After a long day you can relax and watch a movie on our 75” tv or grill a steak or veggies on the BBQ grill while relaxing by the pool. The atmosphere in this home is SECOND TO NONE. Great property and host for family stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the house. The house look exactly like the pictures, a lot a space, came with games and everything we needed for our stay. Overall very nice and comfortable . No problems when I had guests over and host was great!

Great place to stay

If you need a space that can accommodate your entire family, look no further This residence is 10 min from the airport and the beach, 2 min from stores. Space has a great layout and the outdoor pool and gazebo is made for a good space to entertain. Would rent again without hesitation

Nice house overall, easy check in process. Very spacious and good for big group. Neighborhood was okay. La Shaun was a great host and had some decorations and treats for my teenagers birthday.

We enjoyed the relaxing and comfortable accommodations. The heated pool was refreshing in the morning and evening. Plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy one another. Having power strips in the bedrooms for electronic would have been nice.Thank you again for your nice home!

OH Girls Trip

It was a girls trip six adults. Everyone had their own bedroom, the house was extremely clean and so much space, the swimming pool was amazing and yes, it is heated and the backyard. We were there every morning and every night. Very close to the beach all the shops are within walking distance. It was just an amazing house and I will rent it again And again and again, and I will recommend it to anyone.

It was the perfect stay for us. Accommodated all our guests needs, LaShaun was a rockstar host and was the most hospitable host I’ve ever had. She got the bride a welcome gift and even a ring floaty for the pool. The process was smooth all the way through. I genuinely can’t wait to stay here again.

Great Stay

The host was awesome, the house was neat. La Shaun welcomed us with a bottle of liquor of our choice. She let us stay passed check out time because our flight left late. She also referred Chef Kobe to us for a nice Hibachi style dinner in the backyard. Overall we enjoy our stay. I would definitely reach out to her next time I’m in Fort Lauderdale.

Place to BE!!

Me and my girls loved everything about this home and the owner of this Property.. Any and everything we needed the owner was there to help!! Ubers come less than 2 min, the commute to Miami was quick!! Lovely restaurants close especially on the boardwalk.. Will definitely book this property AGAIN!! ❤️❤️

Wonderful pool which the kids & adults loved! Plenty of room for the entire family. Kitchen had every gadget you could need plus some! Only a few miles from the beach and the port which was a bonus. Could not have asked for a better host, the best we’ve had at any rental we have stayed at. Questions were answered very quickly! Thank you for a great stay!!

Family Christmas Vacation

From first contact to the end of our stay our host Lashaun could not have been more professional. Always responded to every question with 24 hours, most times instantly. Best Decision Ever!

First let me start with how sweet, genuine and accommodating the host is. She was available every time i called. This trip was a co-ed bachelor/bachelorette party. Most of the guest arrived before i did and she made sure everything flowed smoothy for them to enter the home and settle in Secondly the house is gorgeous, clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard furniture and the pool area was clean and confy as well. We had a blast. Would definitely recommend this home and the host to anyone!

This stay exceeded expectations. We only left the house once in 3 days.. Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, pool clean, back yard relaxing. Washer dryer everything you could ask for. There was no need to leave lol. And last but not least the owner is GREAT! Communication couldn’t be more PERFECT!!
