This newly renovated 1-bed, 1-bath retreat offers modern coastal living steps away from Hollywood Beach. Stylish living area with designer sofas. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment offers AC and ceiling fans throughout the living room and bedrooms, high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs, and workspaces. Backyard patio with BBQ. Common laundry area.

The space
This apartment, decided in soothing colors, is the perfect getaway from your busy day-to-day life.

Equipped with all new appliances, you will lack nothing during your beach vacation. Enjoy a good night sleep in the king size bed (main bedroom) having spent a day by the beach. Relax in the living area before heading out to explore what Hollywood and Miami has to offer.

Living space boosts a modern comfy sofa that turns into a sofa bed, should it is more than two of you.

The backyard offers garden chairs and umbrellas and a picnic table - perfect setting for a bbq or chilling in the evening.
Feel free to use the laundry room equipped with high end washer and dryer.
Other things to note

You will also find an iron and an iron board, tucked away in the closet by the kitchen. This is where you will see also a broom and a Swiffer. We know how much sand can be brought in after a day at the beach.
