  • Newly renovated, this 1940 nostalgic setting has a 2nd Story Ocean View from every room, with a balcony that faces the east. In the winter you can leave your windows open all night and feel the balmy breezes and hear the palm trees rustle. The unique setting of this property is the best location for access to the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and includes your own dedicated and included parking spot. Being on the second floor gives you privacy and an escape that makes for a personal retreat. Sleeps 2 + 2 kids on two queen beds, one is a queen Murphy bed in the living room and the other is a queen Perfect Sleeper in the bedroom. Two Smart TVs for streaming and local channels, Wireless Internet, Radio/DVD player, plus a stacked washer and dryer & dishwasher your dedicated parking space and huge heated pool with barbecue. This beach villa has everything you need right on the beach.
