- Pac and Play provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request.

- Starter set of toiletries (tp soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Coin operated laundry room.

Lovely place in an ideal location

Quick weekend outing with my wife, the location couldnt have been better. We could walk to everything we needed and had such a wonderful time!

Great location

Great location! Perfect for a couple to stay for a few nights. Steps to the beach. AC was loud, but drowned out the sound of the Broadwalk. Would stay again.

Amazing stay

Everything was wonderful! The location was close to the beach and entertainment for each evening. The sink attachment was a little loose and the shower curtain would fall a few times but those definitely don’t make or break the stay!

Steps from the beach, bars and restaurants. Fantastic location. Room was full efficiency, immaculate, wonderful bathroom and shower. It was a great 5 day getaway. An absolute must.

Great spot for a long weekend

We loved staying here with the ease of being steps from the beach! The property was so cute, and the decor exactly our style. The bed is super comfy and it’s quiet at night! We will be back!!!

Amazing location

The property is right by the water, which was amazing. There were for sure some major upgrades done on this property, which make it feel very comfortable. The place was nearly perfectly clean upon arrival. I would for sure consider staying here again, solo or with one other person.

Lovely Vacay

Had an amazing stay right by the beach/boardwalk! Looks just like the photos when booking. Clean, cool A/C, comfortable bed, great appliances, and beautiful shower. Highly recommend for your stay! I will say though if you are Ubering a lot of places are 20-30 min away.

Fantastic location!

The place was nice, clean and easy. The location could not be more perfect, right in the middle of broadwalk. Unbelievable for the price! It was quiet at night and we really enjoyed the porch.

A fantastic get away for a couple

We arrived during the evening and we were glad there was lighting on site. We recommended to had curtains because it’s very bright during the night in the studio. The full kitchen was perfect and the location is perfect. It’s quiet at night and the host responded very quickly. We are already planning our next stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best thing about this unit is the proximity to the beach. Lodging was okay, but nowhere near what it was hyped up to be. The grounds were littered and one night we even had a homeless guy passed out on the cushionless couch that had been left out by the gate the entire duration of our stay. Can't say I'd recommend staying there.

Exceeded our expectations...

The property was exactly as advertised. Footloose #2 is a corner unit with front and side windows providing additional natural light. The nicely equipped kitchen with modern appliances met all our weeklong eat-in needs. Front and side outdoor patios provided a relaxed living space for leisurely meals. The linens included 4 plush bath towels and additional beach towels. The bathroom included a walk-in rain shower and wand with no hot water issues. The property’s central location to the Broadwalk and beach could not have been more perfect. Located only minutes away from restaurants, shops and nightly entertainment at the Hollywood Margaretville Theatre. We rented a car for our first day only to pick up groceries and things we needed for the week. This avoided the hassle and cost of parking and made it a really stress-free week.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to unwind after our cruise. The location was excellent, only steps from the boardwalk which offered a wide selection of places to dine and shop. I highly recommend "Nick's", they had a great selection of food and drinks. The host was quick to reply to any questions we had and allowed us an early check in. Would recommend!
