    - Any reservation violating local covid-19 guidelines such as gatherings and parties will be immediately canceled without a refund.

    Beautiful and renovated 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms located in the prestigious Hollywood Lakes. The house is very spacious and bright. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in the patio or yard. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located a 6 minute drive or 12 minute bike ride from the beach. Outdoor parking on premises, up to 2 cars in the driveway plus 1 street parking spot.

    - Living room has a 55" smart TV,
    - Master bedroom has king bed, ensuite bathroom and a 43" smart TV
    - Bedroom 2 has 2 full/double beds
    - Bedroom 3 has a full/double bed and a 32" smart TV
    - Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a 32" smart TV

    Absolutely no parties or drugs on the property. Absolutely no smoking inside the property.

    This house is equipped with Noiseaware decibel detectors and no parties will be tolerated. This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors.

Relaxation at its best

We stayed at this property with a group of 5 guys for a friends birthday trip. It was everything that we had expected and could not have been more pleased. We had some minor things pop up but Celiane was quick to respond to all of our inquiries and needs. Would definitely recommend it for any type of group as the house is spacious and close to all the essentials.
