Back Home In Victoria Park

The property exceeded my expectations and the amenities were great, including my own private outdoor grill with table and chairs. Obviously the property owners are meticulous and the location for my work at Bahia Mar as a boat captain could not have been more convenient- 10 minutes to the boat!Thank you and if my work takes me back to Lauderdale, I will be staying here if they have room for me.Max

Property fine. Small. "Separate dining area" is the counter dividing kitchen and living room. Shower fixture more than adequate (needs repair). Sidewalks only partly between flat and restaurant/grocery area, .6 mile walk

Lacks furniture

One small couch, no coffee or end table in living room. No instructions on how to use the TV. Poor lighting if you wanted to read a book. King size bed needs replacing as there was a hump in the middle of the bed and literally to 95% of the room. There was no place to put the suite case on, no chair and had only one small bedside table. No garbage pick-up so in parking area the large garbage cans were over filled with strong malodourous smell. I took all the garbage cans out myself the day before leaving.
