WE ONLY LIVE ONCE : Stylish and peaceful Retreat on the water. Amazing views !!!
- Stylish Mid-Century Florida house in a residential neighborhood. The house is perfectly maintained, high-end furniture (Roche Bobois ) and vintage pieces. The 42 foot salt water pool is right on the river. The house has plenty of light (impact windows ) and open onto the pool and the river via sliding doors (all have screens) .Enjoy the outdoor as much as the house, with a heated salt water pool , outdoor sound system, amazing river views, gas BBQ, designer outdoor furniture, 3 kayaks, Outdoor shower (hot and cold) and cabana/laundry room with toilet).
The river side is lined with 4 beautiful Royal Palm trees. The private dock is the perfect location for sunset drinks :-). 3 Kayaks and 2 bikes are at your disposal in order to explore the Venice of the Americas. Fishing rods at your disposal too if you want to try your luck from the 70 feet seawall or the house private dock.
