"I arrived a little past midnight at the hotel, but to my dismay I was greeted with "you can't stay here, because we don't allow pets." They were referring to my service dog, which I explained to the receptionist. I still got a refusal, even though the said receptionist confirmed they remember me from other times I've stayed at the hotel, with that very same service dog. Thus I was left without a room to sleep in with a dead-end kinda reasoning - "new management." (by the way, did you know that...
