GULF-FRONT, this 1ST FLOOR UNIT DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH property offers a relaxing patio that is perfect to enjoy a morning sunrise or evening sunset. Step off the patio and into the glistening sugar white sand of Okaloosa Island. Emerald waters await just 40 steps down the dune walkover. 4 beach chairs, beach towels, and additional amenities for use.

Gulf-front condo community!

40 Steps to the Beach comes with 1 parking space (#13).
2 vehicles can comfortably fit, one in front of the other.
-Primary renter must be 25 yrs of age or older and Air BNB verified with Govt ID.
-No pets allowed.
-Parties and events prohibited.
-There is absolutely no tolerance for tobacco, vaping, or illegal drugs inside the Air BNB condo unit. We will inform authorities, if needed. Alcohol is permitted responsibly.
-Parking spot accommodates 2 vehicles, one parked in back of the other. Trailers and campers cannot be supported.

Please note: it is illegal to disturb sand dunes and sea oats under federal and Florida law - punishable by fines and jail time.
Please do not climb on the dunes.
