"Beautiful well kept castle, comfortable room, great service and delicious food. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all amazing. The property is wonderful for pictures!"

"Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located and within driving distance of many attractions and restaurants. Kitchen was not in use during our stay so we did not get served our prepaid breakfast. Still waiting on our refund."
Imperial Hotel

"We had a nice stay at the Imperial Hotel. It is very central for everything in Fort William. Although an older hotel it seemed well maintained. The decor was fresh and our room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, efficient and eager to ensure we were happy during our stay. Breakfast was nice with a good choice of hot and cold food. There are 2 restaurants and a cosy bar which offer everything from snacks, sandwiches, Indian, Italian and traditional Scottish cuisine. We ate there both evenings and weren't disappointed and it was reasonably priced in comparison with some other local restaurants. We would definitely return."

"Rooms are super clean. Exterior of hotel was in need of some paint and upkeep. Just stayed for 1 night passing through the highlands. Great lake views, didn’t eat at hotel. The one thing that noticed is when walking in the hallway you can hear inside the rooms."

"Great place to stay with my son to climb Ben Nevis. Spacious twin room, good facilities. The spa was a welcome treat for my sore legs!"
