"What you see, is what you get. Property was beautiful, there were no surprises. Looked exactly like photos. Good instructions on how to use the included equipment(hot tub, fireplace, etc). The high point though? We're still talking about the bed. The bed was so comfortable we almost took it apart to find out what it was 😂. "

"We went down with family to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Great location. Beautiful lakeside property. Lots of room and seating. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We had a fantastic time and the kids loved the big yard to play in. It is a basement location so was a bit damp in the summer, which is expected with a basement but they had a dehumidifier running in one of the rooms. "

"If you're looking for a quiet place on the water, this is it. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the water at night and enjoyed the beautiful views during the day. The house was great and the kids loved exploring the water's edge. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing place to stay in Nova Scotia! We spent our 24th wedding anniversary at Karl and Holly's little piece of heaven! We had a very memorable family vacation in Nova Scotia, we almost didnt want to leave the house! Every little detail was thought of, all things you need in a vacation home plus more! "Lovely little cottage (smaller than it seems from the photos) on a beautiful quiet lake. The weather didn't cooperate for our stay, so we weren't able to take advantage of the 'toys' that were available to us, but sitting by a campfire listening to the lapping water was just perfect! We would definitely stay here again."

"Older home that once was the owners residence with restaurant attached, Molly made check in easy . Rooms are cozy and clean. Comfortable bed , being an older home there is no refrigerator in the room but a unit is provided downstairs along with coffee, tea making facilities. We ate at the restaurant in the evening, great food with a German theme. Entertainment provided by a local musician, Guitar and some self composed songs . If eating at the restaurant recommend making a Reservation as it is busy . Breakfast provided next morning."
