Very nice hotel with hospitable receptionist. The transport is impressive and close to Frankfurt Messe. The single room is warm even it is at the end of October of cold weather. My favorite part is the shower head of warm water coming out so quickly and it is clean everyday with nice cleaning services.

There is a supermarket nearby and the tram is also nearby. So, it's a little far from the station but I don't mind. However, it is for experienced travelers.

Gut: Freundlich, sauber, unkompliziert. Gratiskaffe (handgemacht) und kleine Croissants etc. gratis zum Frühstück Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer Nicht so gut: Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Es gab keinen Nachttisch und keine Steckdose und Lampe am Bett.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel mit unserer Familie. Wir waren in einem Dreibettzimmer, das sehr geräumig, komfortabel und hervorragend ausgestattet war. Ein großer Vorteil war der Kühlschrank und der Wasserkocher. Außerdem gab es kostenlosen Kaffee, Gebäck und köstliche Croissants – ein schönes Extra! Der Herr an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber und ruhig. Auch die Anbindung war bequem. Ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und zentral. Vor dem Hotel gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, und ich hatte überhaupt keine Schwierigkeiten, einen Platz zu finden. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist durchdacht (Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank). Das Bett war unglaublich bequem, und ich habe wunderbar durchgeschlafen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Hinweis: Morgens gibt es kostenlose Croissants und Kaffee.

We were never able to get into the hotel. We arrived after 11:00 pm and we're informed the keys would be in an outside box. However, despite using the code given, we were never able to get the keys out of the lock box . We called the hotel telephone and they said they would be there "in minutes" to assist us and they never showed up. After many attempts to unlock the box unsuccessfully we gave up and had to scramble for another hotel late at night, incurring in costs with cab and the other hotel fees. I called Hotel Franken next day and they told me there may have been a problem with the box, but the keys were found. They said they were going to review the CCTV to make sure we were there. I'd like a resolution for this issue, including reimbursement for the hotel, cab and the other hotel fee we had to check in late at night. I have used Orbitz for several years for international trips and I count on your following through on this issue. Thank you.
