"My family of 3 stayed in a family suite, which I assumed would accommodate all of us. We were given 2 towels a day so I requested additional towels, only to find they took them from us during housekeeping and replaced again with 2. The TV didn't work from day one of a 5 day stay. We had no internet ever and were told they would get it fixed. The family suite was on the outside of the resort directly across from a construction site, not a great view. The "buffet" consisted of the same food day after day for each meal and not a lot of variety for picky eaters. The restaurant had a nice variety, but what you saw on day one lasted throughout the week. Overall, for a high end resort, I do not feel we got our money's worth nor support from the staff."

"The room was a nice room but it was not very clean and they did not clean while we were there. The safe door was locked open so I went to the front desk to let them know it did not work and they said "Oh, didn't I tell you when you checked in? You need to take the key and put your things in it and lock it and then bring the key back and ask for the key again when you want it out." So, first, no they did not tell me that, and the reason you use a safe is so others do not have access to your stuff which would not have been the case if the front desk has a key to your safe and belongings. NOT ACCEPTABLE."

"We just got back from a 10-day vacation to Roatan. We discovered Naboo by accident but once we saw it we knew we had to stay there. It made our vacation even more enjoyable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The restaurant there is 5***** ...the wait staff-- Eduardo, Marvin and Omar -- were exceptional. The front desk -- Wendy, Denissa, Vilma -- were super helpful and accommodating. And the breakfast crew -- starting with Iris-- were amazing! The food was top notch. The accommodations were super clean with fluffy white towels. The landscaping was gorgeous and we felt like we had been transported to an exotic lush island. I highly recommend this place. I know my husband and I will definitely be back. LOVED it there!!"
