"Best small hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Delightful staff give great service and breakfast is excellent."

"Pre booking parking is essential - the room was clean however there was a musty water smell in the bathroom - the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast very good indeed"

"The Holiday Inn Express in Arras was perfectly fine and reasonably priced. The breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. Its location was excellent, right across the street from the train station and within easy walking 10 minute distance of the town’s main squares."

"This was a lovely place to stopover on the way to Calais. Our host was very attentive and there were lots of nice touches in the room."

"Nothing was good"

"I've stayed here several times and never been disappointed."

"Our first room had some broken plugs and ac but the front desk soon switched us to a new room which was a little bigger. It's a great location hotel with good parking, a great restaurant and makes a great stop on the way south after getting off the ferry or Channel Tunnel. The staff are excellent and the rooms very clean and slick."

"Stayed 2 days and it was just perfect: close to train station and the old town centre"

"Helpful staff. Great restaurant on the roof! Walking distance to main squares in restored old town."

"Very spacious 2 room suite. Very clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely furnishings and comfortable beds and linens. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked delicious and the breakfast room was lovely. Good location with restaurants a 5 min walk away and bakery and lunch places around the corner. "Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. We were told to always use the back door for access, as front door would be locked, strange for a hotel, but the most annoying thing was the look on her face , she looked at us like we were a piece of dirt from under her shoe, unbelievably rude to say the least. Stay away! Nice area, but not...

"Very easy and plentiful parking. Nice welcome. Easy to check in even tho we were early. "

"Lovely hotel in historical and modernized building in a perfect central location."
