Feel right at home in this cozy and updated two bedroom / two bath condo in Frisco. This is the ideal mountain vacation rental featuring many amenities in a prime location. Located on the quiet end of Main Street, you are close to everything yet it is still very quiet and serene. The views are incredible from the third floor, overlooking the Ten Mile Creek. You also cannot beat the stunning mountain views and convenient location to the long recreational path just steps away. This property is located on the third floor. There is no elevator located on site.

This well appointed condo just had brand new hard wood floors installed. It features two spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom features a brand new Posturepedic king bed and HD TV. The guest bedroom has its own HD TV as well and a brand new queen bed with an additional futon for additional seating and/or sleeping.

The cozy living room features a leather queen sofa sleeper, skylights and HD TV. There is an updated and fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and beautiful wood cabinetry. The dining room table seats up to 6. The condo also features a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, free wi-fi, a deck with BBQ and view of the Ten Mile Creek.

The location of this condo is ideal as it is right on Main Street, yet tucked away making it quiet and peaceful. Bordering White River National Forest at the base of Mount Royal. Hikers, bikers and cross-country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in and around the Town of Frisco. There is the free Summit Stage bus just steps away so you can hop on it easily to all of world class Summit County ski resorts.

This property also features covered parking with an assigned parking spot. There is also a ski locker reserved in the lot so you don't have to lug your equipment around or leave it in the car.

You can't beat this mountain vacation rental with its convenient location, great amenities and price. There is something here for everyone and for every season. You will definitely want to make this your home away from home.

The property has some wonderful antique ski memorabilia and just about everything you'll need. Because of its location and the fact that double doors to balcony are not sealed well there is a constant cold, very cold flow of wind that blows in. The temperature in unit was at 65 overall according to monitor. We were extremely cold 1st night and stayed away at a friends house 2nd day while waitied for space heaters to be delivered and warm place up. There is a fireplace but glass so black can barely see flame and not much heat. The management staff were very friendly but space heaters on a unit youvare spending some major bucks on doesnt cut it. In addition the showers run hot cold while on and one sounds like an exploding teapot. Unit could definitely use some updating. Especially the building in general as portion of parking lot ceiling fell down. You definitely need to be able to manage the good 3 plus flight of stairs. Wish all well and a better experience.

This property was convenient for the days we spent at Copper Mountain skiing. We did also choose this property because it had a hot tub adjacent to it, but unfortunately it was not working. This should’ve been noted on the description. When we plan a ski trip we make sure there’s a hot tub available. We were told by management that we could possibly use a different location but didn’t hear back.

Great location with easy driving to mountains and walking to town of Frisco. Perfect for two couples or a family of 4. Three flights up challenging for those not yet acclimated to altitude. If hot tub is important to you, confirm it is working b4 you book. If you plan to cook, kichen has the basics and not quite enough mugs.
