"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "

"This by far was my favorite placed we stayed in Switzerland. Kandersteg is a gorgeous town and the hotel was so cute. We had the best view from our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. I cannot say enough positive things about this location. Absolutely loved it!"

"Great hotel based at the end of the platform at Interlaken west station, great base to hop on a train to Interlaken ost for connections to lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald , great hotel bar. Staff were excellent, definitely one for a future stop "
