"This by far was my favorite placed we stayed in Switzerland. Kandersteg is a gorgeous town and the hotel was so cute. We had the best view from our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. I cannot say enough positive things about this location. Absolutely loved it!"
"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "The hotel staff was amazing. The food was good at the restaurant and the breakfast. The room AC barely worked. The front desk had to bring us an additional fan. The fire alarm went off around 12am. So convenient to be so close to the train station. "
"The view from our balcony was incredible! Very close to the train station and gandola ride. Staff was very friendly, especially Miriam at the front desk, who attempted to make us drinks when the bar was closed. She did a great job and was so nice to accommodate us. One of my favorite stays in all of Switzerland! "
