"Overall, the staffs were friendly and kind. The amenities and appliances were in good condition and provided per needed. The facility was overall clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast buffet during the stay that was good. Transportation was so convenient. It would be great to have universal plugs and USB C-type plug in a room and the lobby. "

"A great base for exploring the area. The hotel is set up for business travelers, but worked great for us. Clean, quiet rooms and property, good free wi-fi. Friendly staff. Easy access to the trains of course, but food, ATMs, malls, etc."

"Mrs. Nakamura was very communicative, helpful, and extremely generous providing delayed check out. The check in process went very smoothly, with photos of the hotel and street numbers making it especially for foreigners. The hotel was a short 10 minute taxi ride from Makuhari Messe convention center making it convenient. She did offer two bicycles as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, making it easy to get a good nights rest. Overall highly recommended!"
