"I was attending an exhibition around the hotel. The hotel provdes great access to the conference site. The hotel itself offered a list of several restaurants for lunch and dinner. But there are even more restaurants and shopping malls around the hotel. Also the train station was within 5 to 10 min walking distance."

"In our this trip to Japan this was the best hotel we stayed in. The room was very spacious, and they even provided an extra bed. The free bar and welcome drinks , as well as the chazuke was much appreciated 👍 The staff was helpful. Best part it's right beside the Kaisei Tsudanuma station. There is also a large departmental store right beside."

"I was delighted by the cleanliness of the hotel. Something that really made me feel like home was how kind all the staff were to me and to my girlfriend. They were amazingly kind which made my whole experience very reassuring. At the end I accidentally forgot my small pouch which had my wallet In it and the staff came running to find me and bring my wallet to me and he bowed to me even after i left! Best service ever, thank you so much. For sure I'll come back to Mets Hotel! ホテルの清潔さに本当に感心しました。 特に、スタッフの皆さんが私と彼女にとても優しく接してくださったことが、まるで家にいるような気持ちにさせてくれました。 スタッフの方々の優しさのおかげで、滞在中ずっと安心できました。 最後に、財布が入った小さなポーチをうっかり忘れてしまったのですが、スタッフの方が走って追いかけて来てくださり、財布を届けてくれました。しかも、私が帰った後まで頭を下げてくださったんです。 本当に素晴らしいサービスで、心から感謝しています。 また必ずメッツホテルに泊まりに来ます！"

"Everything was like the pictures. It’s quite basically all day so it makes for a great place to come back to after being out all day. The reception nice and able to help us whenever we needed help. Only nine minutes away from the station so it made it easy to get to places."
