GREAT location and Excellent staff! Very helpful and tried to accommodate when the room was different than on Expedia listing. Rooms are clean and housekeeping comes daily if needed.
I think one should note that although no lift is indicated, to get to the top floor room is equivalent to climbing 10 flights of stairs. If you have mobility issues or lots of luggage it’s challenging. Lighting timing is fast so motion detector lights shut off before you get to the next level.
My safety concern which is a risk with older buildings is a key locked exit door and only one exit in case of fire. We were very mindful of keeping the key in the lock and knowing getting out in an emergency was a risk we were taking.
The staff was kind enough to address a neighbor who left his tv on late at night and early morning. Clearly property owners can’t control yet it had impact.
Overall I think it’s a great central place to explore Gaeta with that awareness. Restaurants and the sea very accessible. Coffee & Croissants next door were delicious!
I will definitely look into a different property that this company manages for my next stay that better suits my needs but recommend if it fits yours.
Happy travels! 🙂
