Carefully renovated "Podere La Massa" consists of a detached house and 8 apartments. It is surrounded by olive groves, fields and it enjoys a wonderful view over the Chianti hills. It is a very quiet position, ideal for nature lovers to enjoy walks or bicycle runs in the surroundings area. Each apartment has its private outdoor area fenced by hedges. A few kilometres away there are the Castello di Brolio (18 km), Meleto (14 km), Vertine (12 km) and Badia a Coltibuono and Spaltenna. Volley ball court and mini-football pitch. Children playground. Rustic, simple large working farm "La Massa". 10 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, 13.5 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 43 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden 2 ha, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower, volleyball court, garden furniture, children's playground (slide). Schönes Anwesen, zu einem tollen Preis

Ausblick super. Schöner Pool und tolle Landschaft. Einziger Minuspunkt, es fehlen Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Besonders zu erwähnen, die vor Ort Betreuung. Jeden Tag wurde nach dem rechten gesehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wszystko prosto urządzone, ale niczego nie brakuje, jest kawałek prywatnego podwórka przed wejściem. Cisza, z dala od cywilizacji, w tym sklepów. Jest szansa na towarzystwo dla dzieci, my trafiliśmy na pełne obłożenie we wszystkich "apartamentach". Dojazd nie zachęca do codziennych wypadów, nawet do niedalekiej Sienny jedzie się godzinę. Nam się podobało.

Boligen var perfekt til en stor familie. I alt 10 personer. Alt fungerede. Stort køkken med opvaskemaskine. Hvis man samtidig vil bo i rolige omgivelser er dette sted det perfekte valg.

Malowniczo położony dom, z dala od zgiełku i ogólnie pojętej cywilizacji. Piękne widoki, spokój, cisza. Przyjemna strefa rekreacyjna. Miejsce godne polecenia. Très belle location. La maison est tres bien et la piscine est très agréable. La location est située au milieu des collines toscane avec 3 kms de piste pour y accéder. Elle donc un peu isolé des lieux à visiter.
