"I don't like the curtains in the room,they should not used see through curtains the sun is soo bright in the morning can't sleep good enough especially adjusting the time zone difference in phi. And the most annoying part are they can't control their idiot guest doing Karaoke in the room in the middle of the night until dawn , all i can say is not worth it to stay here if you want to relax. "Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "
