The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "The staff are help, friendly and efficient…cannot fault their commitment to providing a good stay. Sadly, at the height of the ski season, with temperatures of -12/-14 outside, they gave me a room without heating 🙈. The central heating appeared inoperative, in its place a tiny ineffective electric heater was provided. A terrible shame for what was otherwise a very satisfactory hotel for our needs."
