"We stay at this hotel at least 3 times per year! The staff is great! The food is great! And the room is very comfortable! The location is great and close to the metro."

"The room was great, clean. I was given a room with a very nice view. The amenities (breakfast buffet, spa and pool) were very nice and the service was very cordial. Parking spaces are tight. Great location close to a nice shopping mall, restaurants. Without traffic, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the airport."

"My stay was nothing short of amazing, room was superb, the staff was friendly, the hotel was located in the ideal spot and I want to thank the front desk clerk Javier he really made our stay so much more awesome; he was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and all with a smile his service (11/10), Also our server Jeny was splendid she truly made our dining experiences memorable. Overall Novotel is a 10/10 for me and definitely will recommend to others."
