"Loved the staff, loved their smart uniforms, their polite, freindly but proffesional nature. A cut above anywhere i have stayed in the UK, wish i could give them an extra star. The place is amazing too, good size luxury room. Breakfast individually cooked (not buffet). Just perfect."

"The room was very clean - the only one thing was the marks on the carpet under the mirror area which were very noticeable as soon as we entered the room. I was unsure of it was marked or burnt? The parking was very good and very reasonable priced considering what some hotels are charging now. Bed was very comfortable, adequate lighting, bathroom very clean and stocked with all toiletries. A quiet room. Although not used there is a very well stocked service area at reception providing a wide range of products Breakfast in the morning was very good with a good choice of items…….I never realised that poached eggs or omelette could be provided. Overall a very good hotel with excellent service"

"Room is clean just a little disappointed with bed very noisy and creeks not sure if springs was gone or what. Breakfast was good. The only disappointment was being woken up at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning with cleaners banging doors and cleaning away. I know it’s their job but just thought on a Sunday when folk are trying to sleep a little consideration could go a long way. "
